Terms & Conditions
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Product Immersion, Incorporated, and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “Product Immersion,” “we,” and/or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Product Immersion Service (defined below). By using the Product Immersion Services, you: (1) acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms; (2) represent that you are 18 years of age or older and of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or, if you are under 18 years of age, you represent and agree that you possess the legal consent of your parent or guardian to access and use the Product Immersion Services; and (3) accept these Terms and agree that you are legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, do not use any of the Product Immersion Services. Your use of the Product Immersion Services manifests your agreement to be bound by these Terms each time you access the Product Immersion Services.
Revisions to Terms
Product Immersion , in our sole discretion, reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time, wholly or partially, by posting an updated version. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because you are bound by them. Your continued use of the Product Immersion Service after a change to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms. The terms “post” and “posting,” as used herein, shall mean the act of submitting, uploading, publishing, displaying, or similar action on the Product Immersion Services. If you do not accept these Terms or their revisions, your sole recourse will be to stop using the Product Immersion Service.
Product Immersion , tickets will be delivered electronically over email. Paper tickets can be mailed and requested at email@example.com. Tickets will have a unique bar code and will be scanned to verify identity at event check in desks at the day of the event.
Product Immersion understands that unforeseen circumstances do come up. We can offer a refund of a ticket 5 business days before the event. We will refund 100% of the tickets. Also available is credit towards another day's event. To request a refund please contact
Content Ownership and Use
Product Immersion owns all of the content we create, but you may use it while at Product Immersion events. You cannot use our logo. The contents of the Product Immersion Service include, but not by way of limitation: designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files, computer code.
